«And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” (Romans 10:15)

Slavic Trinity Church has a missionary division where Mexico is one of the more frequently visited countries. The church tries to send a group of youth to Mexico once a month where they share the Gospel as well as support the poor communities with provisions such as: food, clothing, and items for personal hygiene. The monthly trips are usually three days long and take place during the weekend. We visit cities closer to the border such as Tijuana, Ensenada and Mexicali.

We also have week long trips twice a year where we go deeper into Mexico to a small town called Vizcaino. There we conduct kids day camp which lasts for five days. During this time, children hear different stories from the Bible and learn about who Jesus Christ is. Most of these children know very little or nothing about the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ and we have the wonderful opportunity to change that. In addition to having kids camp, the church is helping to build a Bible college for pastors where they will dive deeper into the Word of God and learn how to minister to the people with God’s power.
